WALKING AND TALKING!!! Let’s talk USET talent search. Properly executed they have an absolutely essential #missionstatement . Unfortunately comparing what the judging rewards to their mission statement you see and incredible chasm. We absolutely need an amazing young rider pipeline but I argue we need to focus way more on all the other skills a professional needs and focus last of all on #riding .
