International Orders – Policies for Global Customers

We’re thrilled to serve our global Walking & Talking community! All international orders are shipped via DHL for reliable, trackable service.

We now display estimated duties and taxes at checkout to help you better understand potential import costs. However, please note that these estimates may not be 100% accurate due to ongoing global tariff changes.

All international orders may still be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs, as determined by your country’s customs regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They must be paid upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay these fees or abandon your order at customs, your order will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Customs authorities may contact you directly if any additional charges are due. To avoid delays, please double-check that your email and phone number are correct at checkout—missing or inaccurate contact details can result in your package being held or returned to us. If your package is returned to us due to no contact, incomplete or incorrect contact information, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.

Please keep in mind that customs processing times vary and may occasionally extend delivery windows beyond our control, so we recommend planning accordingly when placing your international order.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, or returned, any duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
